On the evening of September 8, Huawei's recruitment presentation for 2026 class graduates was held at the Sanjiang Hall of the International Conference Center at Nanjing University. Lu Xiancai, Vice President of NJU, along with He Gang, CEO of Huawei's Consumer Business Group, attended the event.
Lu Xiancai warmly welcomed the arrival of Huawei and expressed heartfelt gratitude for Huawei's long-term support to the development of NJU's endeavors. He stated that Huawei, as a global leader in ICT infrastructure and smart devices, maintains a world-leading position in global communications, 5G technology, chip research and development, smart devices, and operating systems, making outstanding contributions to the advancement of human technology and breakthroughs in domestic core technologies. He noted that in recent years, the cooperation between NJU and Huawei has deepened and solidified, forming a good synergy in scientific research, results transformation, and talent training. Huawei has also been an important strategic partner for high-quality employment of NJU's graduates, providing a stage for many NJU students to utilize their skills and achieve their aspirations.
He Gang, representing Huawei, conducted the recruitment presentation for the class of 2026 graduates. Combining his own growth experiences, he introduced Huawei's values and perspectives on talent, and provided an in-depth interpretation of Huawei's business segments. He pointed out that in today's world, digital intelligence technology drives the fourth industrial revolution, bringing unprecedented productivity leaps. Huawei adheres to an open and diverse pattern, unconventionally acquiring global talent, focusing on the strugglers, basing on innovation, and favoring contributors to value. He looks forward to more young people with a global vision, resilience, and insight into new knowledge joining the Huawei family.
